Currently have a target of 233 assessments per year, which includes people with need for augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), environmental control (EC) and computer access i.e. not solely an AAC service.

Services Provided

Assessment provision and review of AAC. Other services provided to local teams to support the development and maintenance of care pathways such as ongoing support, training and telephone helpline. Also responsible for West Midlands Environmental Control provision.

Staffing

Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Clinical Scientists and Technologist, Technicians, Stock team, Administrators, Training Support and Rehab Assistants.
